Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on new, unopened products or damaged/defective products within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be required to pay return shipping costs back to our fulfillment center. If we provide you a shipping label, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of returned products (pending quality verification), but often occur much sooner. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
